For those of you who hang out with me during my weekly Instagram live chats you know that a huge reason why I decided to move out of LA was to make my health a priority. There's something about the intensity of work that makes you forget to prioritize your health and well-being. Ever since high school I assumed that health and looking good was matter of discipline, counting calories, exercising rigorously. I assumed that sugar, fats, and carbs were the enemy and that eating healthy was merely avoiding those.
Before leaving LA I started researching - I found that food was created as medicine. All natural foods have potent medicinal properties that cure and restore your body from the inside out. I started testing my research and completely healed my body by what I ate! Food can cure illnesses, balance hormones, detoxify, energize - how incredible is that?! 7 years of doctor's diagnosed "chronic" sicknesses have completely disappeared: I've never felt healthier, stronger, leaner and I've never counted calories less!
